To ensure we are complying with all Safe Church regulations, there are a few requirements for all Volunteers at C3.
Once you sign up for a team, your team leader will get in contact with you and give you all the info you need!

SUNDAY IN PERSON TEAMS

WELCOME TEAM

Creating an atmosphere from beginning to end where people feel welcomed and find home here at C3. Connecting people to community through welcoming, directing, info re teams, events and connection to people before and after service. 

C3 KIDS

Building the next generation! Join us as we create a safe and engaging place for kids to go deeper in their relationship with God, grow in friendships and have fun!

C3 KIDS CHECK IN

This team welcomes families as they arrive at our C3 Kids areas and facilitates the check-in process that ensures children are cared for effectively and efficiently.

HOSPITALITY TEAM

This team is passionate about coffee! They serve by making good quality coffee & facilitate connection before and after our services.

WORSHIP

To glorify Christ and point people to Jesus through creative talent in worship, song, music and lifestyle. This team meets fortnightly on Wednesdays to rehearse together.

TECHNICAL PRODUCTION

Through creativity and technology, we use our skills to ensure that services are excellent and distraction free, allowing the focus to be on experiencing the revelation of who God is. Areas of Production: Sound, AV, Lighting and more. This team meets fortnightly on Wednesdays to rehearse together.

PHOTOGRAPHY TEAM

Photographers capturing moments throughout the service to celebrate through photos! Team members will need to have their own camera (or phone!) in order to shoot!

CREW TEAM

Ensuring everyone is cared for as they walk into the auditorium for worship, clearly helping them to their seat and maintaining people flow in the area. Responsible for flow and distribution of anything required during the service (ie. communion elements).

EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM

This unit of emergency responders and health care providers serves to triage basic medical attention or emergency response requirements to our guests in the event of an accident or emergency at C3.

NEW CHRISTIANS TEAM

This team has a heart to see people discipled and planted in God’s house. Their role is to follow up those who have responded to an altar call and given their heart to Jesus. They also are involved in teaching and facilitating our Christian Essentials course.

PRAYER TEAM

This team of intercessors covers the weekend and midweek gatherings in prayer, preparing the way for the Lord.

MIDWEEK / FLEXIBLE TEAMS

ADMIN TEAM

This team utilises their gifts of administration and organisation to serve alongside our staff and pastors to look after the weekly administration in the life of the church.

EVENTS TEAM

Conferences, gatherings and church-wide events are creatively planned and energetically hosted by this team who places priority on valuing people and serving with excellence.

COMMUNITY MISSIONS TEAM

This team is involved in outreach and ministries with a focus on bringing God’s love to our local community and beyond.

FRIDAY FOOD HAMPERS TEAM

This team runs our fortnightly Emergency Food Hamper program. The team has multiple ways to serve from packing Hampers on a Thursday night once a month to handing out Hampers and connecting with those in need fortnightly on Friday afternoons.

C3 YOUTH

Equipping and empowering high school students to follow Jesus and building the Youth ministry at C3. This team plans and facilitates fortnightly C3 Youth gatherings.

C3 PLAYGROUP

This team serves on Friday mornings in the school terms to create an environment where parents and their children can have a fun, interactive and welcoming experience in our playgroup community. They intentionally invest in the lives of both parents and children through music, craft, games, greeting, encouragement and more.

MAINTENANCE TEAM

This team serves God by making sure our building and facilities are excellent and honour God. Cleaning, repairs, maintenance and gardening to create a beautiful space for our church family to gather!

CREATIVE

By using our creative talents we hope people encounter Jesus, feel inspired, spark curiosity and build the house of God. Areas of Creative: Photo, Film, Graphic Design, Venue Design Social Media, Website and more. Team serves throughout the week.

CONNECT GROUP LEADERSHIP

We believe that real life change takes place in the context of relationships. As a Connect Group Leader, you have the greatest opportunity to connect with others, fulfil your passions, develop your gifts and live out the Great Commission.
